He is trying to get money to create an IF program for the Iphone which I thought was a very interesting medium for IF. No complex graphics are required and it a good game to play for a couple minutes so the iphone is a good medium. One of the features he mentioned is that he wants to make multiplayer interactive fiction and I was like Huh? Multiplayer IF? Is that fun at all?
But it really exists. Here is an article on it and here is an example of how you could make your own fairly easily.
