I am interested in researching the use and advancement of contemporary robots, because I want to find out the affects (pros and cons) of increasing artificial agent in our lives, and this is important because technology is exponentially advancing and it is crucial to know or have an idea of where we want to take it.

Your suggestions are also very helpful on helping me think of ways on narrowing my focus. Thank you again. I think I will narrow my research to domestic (uses at home), and I will spend time to research more on which country uses it the most and which country has the most advanced, and what the positive/negative response to robots have been.
I am interested in researching the increasing abilities and necessity of robots to humans in modern times, because I want to find out the effects (positive or negative) of using robots/artificial intelligence in our daily lives and to what extent this should be done, and this is important because robotics is a rapidly expanding field and it is crucial for our future to have concrete goals of where we wish to and to what extent we wish to further this form of technology.
I cant write my research question in this form yet. I need to do more research on how advanced robotic technology has become, and how much of it do we actually use in our daily lives. I also need to look up the positives and negatives of incorporating/using artificial intelligence excessively. Until I know what others say about this topic, I cannot say/reply anything back.
