In the first reading we learned about Nintendo and all of its successes in their rise to power. In their history, Nintendo was quick to take legal action first, then to sort out a solution next. In recent times there has been another example of this tactic. This kind of harsh reaction to any form of possible emergent controversy may have been efficacious, but are they necessary anymore in the now established market of videogames?
